With the impending “Storm of the Century” dubbed “Frankenstorm” due to hit the eastern United States late on Monday, there have already been a flood of Frankenstorm memes circulating the social web.

Frankenstorm (more formerly known as Hurricane Sandy) is due to merge with a winter storm to create the worst storm since the 1930′s.  Whilst Frankenstorm has weakened to a category one hurricane, it is still packing maximum sustained winds of 75mph.  Those in the storms path can expect high winds, heavy rain, extreme tides as well as snow in some areas.  It is predicted to last up to three days.
